I met several times with Sarah, one of the tile consultants. She is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I don't think there were any questions I asked that she wasn't able to answer. Based on my experience, I would recommend Conestoga for your tile/grout needs.

They were recommended from a “cheap cabinets” store as we saw samples of Conestoga’s materials in their shop while looking for something else. Upon arrival at CT’s store, we saw EVERYTHING else. Neither my wife nor I have ever been in a tile store that large, usually shopping from the “big box” hardware store or online. After about an hour with Lianne, I left my wife for the comfort of our car (I can’t stand very long and the selections were overwhelming). Maybe 30 minutes later I got a call from my wife that the tile was chosen for a fireplace backing/surround in our new cabin. We left with an order sheet and prices and, after I took another set of measurements in our new home, I ordered the tile. It was there the next day, but I wasn’t for another ten. No problem. Picking it up was easy, (those cartons are FLIMSY though, better bring some milk crates - or a LOT of milk crates - to hold them). All told this was a very pleasant and relatively painless experience. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
