Before I went to Conestega Tiles, I sent an email inquiring about being able to browse without an appt. Sarah replied and explained that I didn't need one unless I required dedicated assistance but that they'd still do their best to assist w/o the appt. I stopped by soon afterwards and both Sarah and Phyllis were extremely helpful. (I did not have an appt.) They made me feel like a valued customer. I did not have that experience at other tile places. I didn't find the tiles that I wanted but anyone looking for tile should check out this place!

Had a great selection and more importantly fast shipping. The other store we visited would have taken a week for the tile to be delivered. Conestoga we received it within a business day from their Pennsylvania warehouse.

Amazing experience. Huge selection, reasonable prices and very helpful staff! The tiles that Conestoga carries all come in several different sizes and usually also have bullnose to match depending on what you need. Linda helped me finalize my tile selections and I absolutely love what we are ending up with. Highly recommend shopping here!

Janae at the Harrisburg location was AMAZING! My husband and I were shopping for our bathroom reno and were overwhelmed by all the choices in color, size, design, etc. Janae came over and saved the day. After our initial conversation about the project and budget, she was able to pull samples and before we knew it, we had picked out our shower walls, tile floor, bathroom floor and grout colors! Janea's suggestions were spot on and she really understood what we were wanting and was able to take our words and pull together a beautiful look for our new space. We are so grateful for her help! The service rep offered a wide variety of selections for us to choose for bathroom floor and shower tile. included was careful selection of the color of tile grout. The installed tile looks great and exceeds our expectations! We highly recommend Conestoga Tile for their service and expertise! UPDATE - We returned to Conestoga Tile for help with the flooring for our kitchen remodel. Tonya, CT Showroom mgr, provided outstanding service. She expertly guided us through a number of floor tile colors and tiles and helped us choose a floor tile that will look great and serve us well!
