This online course is great for anyone who is new to selling ceramic tile. The student will learn about the various types of ceramic tile including the history, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, how to choose the right tile and how to avoid problems and false expectations. Once paid for, the student has a 14 day window to complete and has 24/7 access. Total course completion time is approximately 5 to 7 hours.

Created with salespeople, installers and design professionals in mind, this course covers the subjects that anyone working with natural stone should know. Learn about stone geology and formation, stone mining, stone processing and fabrication, stone installation and application, stone design and stone care and maintenance plus more. . Once paid for the student has a 14 day window to complete and has 24/7 access. Total course completion time is approximately 6 to 8 hours.

This certification is designed to provide a means for good, knowledgeable installers to verify their skills and promote themselves as the true professional to potential clients and employers. This is a certification and not an educational class. Although there is a study guide, tile installers come to this certification program with years of experience.
