We had a phenomenal experience at Conestoga Tile today. Conestoga is our contractor's preferred provider. The floor tile that our contractor had ordered was delayed by the manufacturer (not Conestoga), and we visited the store to consider a replacement. We were able to look at a large sample of our original tile alongside the potential replacement, and Phyllis helped us compare the two. She showed us the tiles in various lighting, which is important since the bathroom we're renovating doesn't have windows. My husband and I agreed that we actually preferred the replacement tile, and Phyllis also helped us select a grout for the new tile. When we were done, she said, "Sometimes things happen for a reason!" which made me smile. Even though there are tile stores closer to our home, we'll definitely make the trip to Conestoga the next time we need help with tile.

Needed to find a tile for a newly renovated shower wall. I walked in an was immediately greeted by Tanika. She directed to me to the tyro of tiles I described, allowed me to look at my own pace, and was ready and willing to help me thru the selection process once I found the tiles I was interested in. I highly recommend purchasing from this store. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Visiting Conestoga tile was a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the help we received from Linda was more than we expected. She gave us great suggestions for tile and grout colors and we were able to take samples home to test in our own lighting. Our next tile purchase will definitely come from Conestoga Tile.

To say the staff at Conestoga Tile in Columbia, MD is superior with their knowledge and expertise in the flooring and tile world, is an understatement! I worked with Linda and Georgina both and they were fantastic in directing me. Linda came up with a full plan for my bathroom, addressing all my concerns and I am so excited to get an outdated bathroom into a modern design while maintaining simplicity. The staff here at Conestoga Tile are well trained and experienced with interior design and will steer you in the right direction with honesty and integrity.
