Not one to ever write a review, I felt I had to acknowledge Georgina at Conestoga Tile in Columbia,MD. I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Georgina. I came in feeling completely overwhelmed and honestly had no idea what I was doing, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options, answer all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable instead of stressful   I left feeling confident and excited about my choices. Even though they were very busy helping our customers, one of the associates took time out to help find the specific tile we were looking for... A truly great experience! I entered the showroom of tile thinking that I’m never going to figure out what to select for the rooftop terrace….Tanya and Phyllis made it so painless! It took 5 minutes for me to select what I wanted….Tanya sent what I wanted to the contractor and my worries were taken care of! Seamless and so easy! Highly recommend Conestoga Tile!

Shannon was absolutely fantastic super attentive, very patient and very knowledge. I didn’t even know that this place existed And the wonderful piece was, I felt thoroughly consulted. She didn’t try to gouge me in price or force sell me on anything. She actually showed me the price per square foot! Loved her and this place and their WIDE variety. They are very, very thorough, even going down so much as to give you samples to take home so you can analyze it what it looks like in the day and at night and during sunset . They even go so far as to check the warehouse In other states or out of the country that they are affiliated with , to make sure what you want is in stock and know the anticipated delivery date, tarriffs or no tariffs and all. 10 out of 10 hands-down!

We had a phenomenal experience at Conestoga Tile today. Conestoga is our contractor's preferred provider. The floor tile that our contractor had ordered was delayed by the manufacturer (not Conestoga), and we visited the store to consider a replacement. We were able to look at a large sample of our original tile alongside the potential replacement, and Phyllis helped us compare the two. She showed us the tiles in various lighting, which is important since the bathroom we're renovating doesn't have windows. My husband and I agreed that we actually preferred the replacement tile, and Phyllis also helped us select a grout for the new tile. When we were done, she said, "Sometimes things happen for a reason!" which made me smile. Even though there are tile stores closer to our home, we'll definitely make the trip to Conestoga the next time we need help with tile.
