Meet Our Commercial Team
Our commercial team is a well-rounded group comprising three A&D Representatives, bolstered by the support of a dedicated inside sales coordinator and a commercial sales territory manager. Together, they serve the needs of commercial Architecture and Design firms across the expansive Mid-Atlantic region.
Their services encompass a wide spectrum of support, including design guidance, specification expertise, technical assistance, access to library samples, coordination of Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and the seamless delivery of product updates. We’re committed to being your trusted partner in advancing your commercial design projects with excellence and efficiency.
Stephanie Adams – NCIDQ, CDT, LEED AP
Manager of Architectural & Design Services – Central PA & Philadelphia
Stephanie joined our team in 2023. She brings years of experience calling on Architects, Designers, and Facility managers in the Central PA market. She has quickly become an integral part of our team!
Haley Hatley
Manager of Architectural & Design Services – Maryland & Delaware
Our newest team member, Haley, joined us in 2024 continuing her career in A&D sales. She comes to us highly recommended by key clients & has jumped quickly into the role.
Faye Mojab
Manager of Architectural & Design Services – Northern Virginia & DC
Faye joined Conestoga Tile in 2016 as an experienced Architectural Representative in the DC metropolitan area with a focus on client engagement and market growth.
Becky French
Director of Architectural Services
Becky joined Conestoga Tile in 2014 as an A&D representative and in 2021 was promoted to oversee the Commercial team. She is a member of the Executive team at Conestoga Tile and is a board member of the Maryland Coalition for Interior Designers (MDCID).
Jody Casilli
Commercial & Builder Outside Sales
Jody has been part of the Conestoga Tile team since 1997. In his Outside Commercial & Builder Sales role, Jody is responsible for maintaining a strong customer base of commercial contractors throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Sandra White
Architectural Services Coordinator
Sandra joined Conestoga Tile in 2004 and joined our commercial team in 2021. In her role as Architectural Services Coordinator, Sandra is responsible for the majority of our commercial quotes, as well as facilitating order placement and submittal orders.
