In January 2005, Conestoga Tile opened up a central distribution center in Hanover, Pennsylvania.  The warehouse stocks over $3,000,000 worth of inventory.  The procedures of operations include several checks to insure that the material is pulled accurately.  With this central distribution center, Conestoga Tile better able to control inventory levels, shade lot variation and accuracy.

The service centers located in Harrisburg, PA, Linthicum, MD, Dulles, VA and Troy, VA continue to maintain stock for all setting materials, tools and maintenance products.  If a tile contractor wants to pick up their order at the service center, the tile products are transferred each night.  Therefore, the contractor can place their order for any stocked material by 5:00 pm and it will be available for pick up at the service center the next morning by 7:00 am.
