Education Service

Continuing Education LogoA model among educational programs in our industry is the ConestogaTile Tile School.  It was created in 1984 primarily for the training of tile setters.

In 1992, course offerings expanded to include customer sales personnel.  The course called CT 101 "An Introduction to the Tile Industry" is designed to teach the basics of ceramic tile so that sales people will have the knowledge to effectively communicate with the consumer.

Periodic seminars are held on tile installation and other industry related topics by manufacturers and the National Association of Tile Contractors (NTCA) "Lunch Box Seminars" are often held covering topics specifically designed for architects and design professionals.  Check our monthly and quarterly newsletters, TrailBlazer and SpecBlazer, for upcoming educational opportunities.

ConestogaTile's Architectural Services Department has also developed "Continuing Educational Programs" certified by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).  By attending these programs, architects receive CES credits in order to maintain their professional standing.
