FLORIDA TILE

                Contessa 22900B Insert –  New price is $21.55   per piece for the 12 x 12 porcelain version of this floor decorative.

The following price lists are included in this edition of the Trailblazer. This may very well be the most pricelists ever sent out with our newsletter!

BONSAL – In addition to the traditional mortars and grouts, BONSAL supplies an array of specialty products that perform exceptionally well.  WECU is a cork underlayment used for sound deadening beneath tile and stone installations. B-150 is a high-grade epoxy adhesive available in small (1 Gal) units. WP-6000 is an economically priced liquid applied waterproofing available in (1 gal. And 3.5 gal.) units.

DEL SOLE – This new offering of floor/wall combinations is targeted for the entry level builder market. All components of the lines, including trims and decos, are priced aggressively. The collection is comprised of two series (Assisi and Sienna) with three colors available in each series.

DI SIENA – The Antica Venezia series is really gaining momentum. The new pricelist reflects a modest price increase on the line.

EBBE – This new line of  shower drain grates, available in 7 designer metallic finishes, will make a nice add on sale for every shower floor installation. The EBBE drain replaces the traditional stainless steel circular drain grate allowing for coordination with the most current trends of plumbing finishes, and they provide for simple cutting of tiles since they are square in shape. A free sample showing the 7 grate colors is available at no charge for any customer who purchases 10 drains for stock. We are offering an introductory discount of List – 48% for any stock purchase of 10 drains or more.

EMIL AMERICA / ERGON – We have added two new series of glazed porcelain to our inventory. Heritage and Waterfalls, combined with the very popular Pietra Etrusca, have enhanced the product offering from EMIL. Out architectural department continues to generate specifications in the ERGON collection as well, which is comprised of numerous unglazed and color body porcelains targeted to the design professional.

FAHRENHEAT – LATICRETE has entered the in-floor heating market with FahrenHeat, a self-adhering mat system with a thin profile allowing for thinset applications directly over the product. We are currently stocking all of the individual sizes in the 120V. FahrenHeat, like our Nuheat product, has been priced at “Net” pricing (trade discounts do not apply). FLORIDA TILE ADDENDUM – This is comprised of the newest series coming out from FLORIDA TILE that were not included on the 1/1/07 price list.

RONDINE – We have included the Metallika product which will be promoted through our architectural department.  Slight adjustments have been made to the Desert Stone pricing.

VITRIUM – This is our only glass line that is inventoried in certain sizes and colors. The Vitrium line has grown signigicantly from the first eight colors that were available in the initial offering. The unique production process of VITRIUM creates a look which is very hard to duplicate with other glass products.

The transition to all porcelain body for floor tiles by FLORIDA TILE is well under way. Although there have been a couple of bumps along the way, the path to porcelain May 2, 2007 has been pretty smooth and seamless. We are enclosing a report that will update you on each product that is being affected by the transition. Please make sure that all of your salespeople are familiar with the current changes that have been made as well as any upcoming change that may be taking place.
